"I had paid £65.50 for a taxi that never showed up. So you have charged me for a service i have not received. When booking the taxi i was told that details on when the taxi will arrive and the email told me they could not find a driver. So instead of waiting for the taxi to show up i looked for somewhere to cancel it and couldn’t do that either. I would like my money back that you have stolen from me. "
